Dear Customers, we are obliged to inform you about the increase in prices for rough materials starting from January 9, 2019, by 10-15% due to the rise in procurement costs for 90% of construction materials, significant growth in transportation expenses, currency rate changes since the beginning of 2018 (dollar +18%, euro +10%), as well as a 2% increase in VAT. However, we do not plan to raise the cost of construction work - it will remain the same in 2019. We recommend all potential clients to decide on selecting a contractor and sign a renovation contract before the New Year so that we can purchase the entire volume of necessary rough materials for our own warehouse, thereby guaranteeing you the stability of the cost of rough materials specified in the renovation contract.
